(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>To assist with the Saipan Chamber of Commerce\u2019s efforts to provide scholarship funding to students, IT&amp;E donated over $1,000 in cash and in-kind donations to the Chamber\u2019s last week.<\/p>\n<p>Chief operating officer John Compton said that the Chamber plays a key role in addressing the concerns of the private sector and providing support for the business community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThroughout the years, we\u2019ve provided assistance to programs like these and we hope we can continue to build active support and collaboration across our community,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>SCC administrator Mercilynn Kaneshi Palec said that this year&#8217;s golf tournament was made possible by many of their key partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProceeds will go a long way in ensuring the continued development of our scholarship program and other events the Chamber develops to improve our business community and the CNMI.
