Construction is still at its final phase; therefore, the facility is still considered closed to the public. The park will be officially opened on April 1, 2017.<strong> (PR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chamber meeting tomorrow<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Saipan Chamber of Commerce will hold a general membership meeting tomorrow, March 1, 2017, at Charley\u2019s Cabaret of the Pacific Islands Club.\u00a0\u00a0The buffet luncheon begins at 11:30am; the meeting starts promptly at noon.\u00a0 Guest speakers will be from Kagman Community Health Center:\u00a0 executive director Vince Castro and Medical Director Katherine Elstun, MD.  <strong>(PR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Navy training at Warning Area 517<\/strong><br \/>\nThe U.S. Navy will conduct training at Warning Area 517 on Feb. 28 to March 1. The public, especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators are advised to stay clear of the areas during the date and times indicated.<\/p>\n<p>W-517 is activated south of latitude 12\u00b0 40\u2019 00\u00bbN. All vessels are advised to remain clear of W-517 south of latitude 12\u00b0 40\u2019 00\u201dN.
