These students work very hard to bring out the best in themselves,” he said.

Rhythm ‘N Harmony was also selected to perform at the Command Performances, the festival’s finale concert, this coming Saturday.

The MHS Glee Club was formed in 2010 and won the CNMI’s first choral competition in April 2011. In March 2012, the group emerged as the overall champion in the TBMF in Guam, also winning first place.

The TBMF is a music festival that hosts various musical festivals and ensembles, pitting schools from Guam and the CNMI against each other in categories designed for choir, solo performances, jazz, rock, and winds and strings. The CNMI has been a consistent winner at the festival.

The festival is being held from March 2 to 11. Musicians will perform for the public and judges over the course of the 10-day event.

[94
26,51,413,15849
post-247719","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-headlines","tag-cnmi","tag-guam","tag-music","tag-stephen-schwartz
["GET
