{"id":248570,"date":"2017-03-20T06:00:38","date_gmt":"2017-03-19T20:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=248570"},"modified":"2017-03-20T06:00:38","modified_gmt":"2017-03-19T20:00:38","slug":"navy-training-fdm-warning-area-517","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/navy-training-fdm-warning-area-517\/","title":{"rendered":"Navy training at FDM, Warning Area 517"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ASAN, Guam<\/strong>\u2014The U.S. Navy will conduct training at the island of Farallon de Medinilla during the following dates and times:<br \/>\n\u2022 March 20-21 from noon to 5:3pm<br \/>\n\u2022 March 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 6pm<br \/>\n\u2022 March 23 from 10 a.m. to 7:30pm<br \/>\n\u2022 March 24 from 10 a.m. to 3:30pm <\/p>\n<p>The Navy will also conduct training at Warning Area 517 (W-517) on March 21-23 from noon to 10pm.<\/p>\n<p>The public, especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators are advised to stay clear of the areas during the dates and times indicated.<\/p>\n<p>The general location of the training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla will be on a 12-nautical mile radius on all quadrants. W-517 is activated south of latitude 12\u00b0 40\u2019 00\u00bbN. All vessels are advised to remain clear of W-517 south of latitude 12\u00b0 40\u2019 00\u201dN.
