Encinares)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The first local clothing brand opened shop last Friday at the T Galleria, making it the first ever local ready-to-wear brand to set up shop inside the Duty Free Shopping chain.<\/p>\n<p>Local clothing brand M\u00e5g\u00e5s opened Friday at T Galleria, enticing customers with a chance to win hats called snapbacks and lots of other freebies such as stickers for every purchase, and a lanyard and a drawstring bag for every $50 and $100 purchase. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5g\u00e5s is a Chamorro word that has a lot of meanings, including boss, chief, leader, great, exulted, superior, and supreme.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> \u201cI am really honored and humbled for the opportunity to collaborate with another outstanding business that delivers on products in the CNMI,\u201d said M\u00e5g\u00e5s founder Frank Cabrera<\/p>\n<p>Cabrera told Saipan Tribune that he is proud to be a part of T Galleria and mentioned that M\u00e5g\u00e5s products sold at the mall are exclusive to it.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5g\u00e5s could be purchased at the main store, 670 Rocksteady Shop, and features a variety of local designs and are all printed on Saipan. The M\u00e5g\u00e5s brand boasts an experienced design team coupled with quality material from the U.S. and creates authentic high quality products such as shirts, tanktops, long sleeves, hoodies, Ppolo shirts, board shorts, snapbacks, accessories, and leggings.<\/p>\n<p>Cabrera describes the M\u00e5g\u00e5s-T Galleria partnership as a \u201cblessing\u201d since T Galleria is frequented by tourists, giving visitors a peek into the CNMI culture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt really opens up our market.
