A 49-year-old woman was arrested on Tinian on Friday for allegedly pulling the hair of a female cashier, choking her, and threatening to kill her. <\/p>\n
The alleged victim complained of nausea and was vomiting. <\/p>\n
Elisa Pangelinan Aquiningoc, 49, jobless, was first arrested last March 26 at 3:36am, but was released later that afternoon.<\/p>\n
Aquiningoc, however, allegedly later went back to the store, tried to harass the cashier, and threatened to kill her. She was served with an arrest warrant shortly before noon Friday. <\/p>\n
Aquiningoc made an initial appearance in Superior Court on Friday afternoon. Her bail was set at $5,000 cash. Assistant public defender Cindy Nesbit was appointed as her counsel.<\/p>\n
The victim called for police assistance last March 26 at 3:26am. She told two responding police officers that Aquiningoc came to the Huang Shun Supermarket to sell hot peppers, but got mad, pulled her hair, and choked her.<\/p>\n
Police said a witness and footage of the store\u2019s surveillance camera corroborated the cashier\u2019s statement.<\/p>\n
Aquiningoc was arrested at 3:36am that day and released that afternoon. She was told to stay away from the cashier. <\/p>\n
The following day, the cashier called the police again after Aquiningoc returned to the store, allegedly made a motion to throw bottled water at her, and threatened to kill her.<\/p>\n
Aquiningoc also allegedly called the victim on the phone and threatened to kill her if she sees her outside.<\/p>\n
In a police interview, Aquiningoc admitted puling the cashier\u2019s hair and choking her, saying the cashier \u201cshowed her attitude.\u201d<\/p>\n
