{"id":249607,"date":"2017-04-05T06:06:46","date_gmt":"2017-04-04T20:06:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=249607"},"modified":"2017-04-05T06:06:46","modified_gmt":"2017-04-04T20:06:46","slug":"man-admits-selling-ice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-admits-selling-ice\/","title":{"rendered":"Man admits to selling \u2018ice\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man accused of selling methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d last year has pleaded guilty in federal court as part of a plea deal.<\/p>\n<p>Yang Kang Chen, also known as Akam, Ah-Kong, and Ken, pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>Chen\u2019s change of plea hearing was held last Jan. 27, but the record of the proceeding as well as the plea agreement and other documents were sealed at the parties\u2019 request.
