Tapochao. \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/good-friday-mt-tapochao-trek\/tapochao-trek-pix-5\/'>Tapochao-Trek-pix-5<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-250351'>\n\t\t\t\tVolunteers that tended the Office of the Governor\u2019s tent passed out fruits and water bottles at the base of Mt. Tapochao before participants started their trek last Friday morning. \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/good-friday-mt-tapochao-trek\/tapochao-trek-pix-4\/'>Tapochao-Trek-pix-4<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-250350'>\n\t\t\t\tThe Saipan Cyclers group rode their bikes up Mt. Tapochao last Friday in commemoration of Good Friday. The group has been riding up Mt. Tapochao for the last six years. \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/good-friday-mt-tapochao-trek\/tapochao-trek-pix-1\/'>Tapochao-Trek-pix-1<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-250347'>\n\t\t\t\tMany joined the trek up Mt. Tapochao last Good Friday, April 14. The hike was done in remembrance of the suffering of Jesus Christ on the day he was crucified at the peak of Mt. Calvary. \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/good-friday-mt-tapochao-trek\/tapochao-trek-pix-9\/'>Tapochao-Trek-pix-9<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-250355'>\n\t\t\t\tDevotees carried the 28-foot tall cross up Mt. Tapochao at around 6am last Friday. \n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon '>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/good-friday-mt-tapochao-trek\/tapochao-trek-pix-3\/'>Tapochao-Trek-pix-3<\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-250349'>\n\t\t\t\tMany volunteered to carry the 28-foot tall cross to the top of Mt.
