He had a laceration on the face.

Fitial said witnesses stated that Bi and Ma had an argument on the fourth floor.

Later, Bi took a fruit knife, came down to the second floor, where he stabbed Ma. Other people tried to stop Bi from assaulting Ma.

Police failed to recover the knife.

Ma told police that he was packing his belongings as he was going back to China, and noticed that his phone charger was missing.

Ma asked Bi about his charger. Bi denied having it and that resulted in an argument. Ma later checked Bi’s luggage. Bi got mad and the two got into a fight. Other individuals pacified the two, but Bi later attacked Ma with the knife.

An argument over a phone charger triggered a stabbing in Garapan in which a 24-year-old…

[4
16241,16397,16398,16399
post-250422","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news","tag-beilida-overseas","tag-chuan-nian-bi","tag-koban-unit","tag-queens-apartment-building
["GET
