Kagman High School announced the start of open enrollment and reenrollment for school year 2017-2018. The school will accept enrollment and reenrollment until July.<\/p>\n
Current KHS students were given re-registration forms at the start of the Spring Break for parents to fill out and gather documents for submission. <\/p>\n
We apologize for the annual paperwork, but re-registration is critical for the school to maintain current records for communication home for outreach and\/or emergencies. Re-registration is due back May 19 for optimal scheduling.<\/p>\n
Required documents for re-registration include: <\/p>\n
\u2022\tRegistration form<\/p>\n
\u2022\tUpdated school entrance health certificate (the “Blue Card” from Public Health)<\/p>\n
\u2022\tUpdated medical insurance card (Medicaid or any medical insurance coverage)<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMap of residence (if location changed) <\/p>\n
\u2022\tGuardianship or power of attorney document updates (if applicable)<\/p>\n
New registration requirements:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tOfficial transcript (if transferring from another school or location)<\/p>\n

All students who submit their registration forms and have cleared their obligations by May 19 will receive their new schedules for the next school year on the last day of school, May 26, 2017. <\/p>\n
Students who do not submit registration forms will not be given a schedule until the registration is complete or obligations are cleared.
