The Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.\u2019s Division of Public Health Services will be hosting free Zumba classes weekly, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Garapan Central Park Roundhouse. <\/p>\n
Classes will be led by certified Zumba instructors Joseph Caranto and Joewell Vallega and will begin on Monday, May 8, 2017. <\/p>\n
The entire community is invited to attend, and we kindly ask that all participants arrive early for registration purposes. <\/p>\n
This opportunity is being provided by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, and programs within the Non-Communicable Disease Bureau (Patient Referral Outreach Advocacy Program, Diabetes Prevention Control Program, and the Let\u2019s Move Marianas Initiative.) <\/p>\n
The goal is to get more people in the community physically active as well as providing more accessibility to physical activity. <\/p>\n
