Norita, 22, jobless, was arrested after his brother, who happened to be a firefighter and was inside the fire station, took him down to the ground as he was belligerent and was yelling profanities while being restrained by police officers.<\/p>\n<p>Police said that Norita admitted beating up the victim but he could not remember anything else other than his brother holding him down. <\/p>\n<p>Norita was arrested for assault and battery and disturbing the peace. He was allowed to post a $500 cash bail.<\/p>\n<p>The victim, a male Chinese national, had a half-inch laceration in the nose and right eye, and swelling.<\/p>\n<p>Two police officers who responded to the Garapan fire station on Sunday at 11:53pm saw the victim, whose face was covered with blood. The victim told the officers that a man, later identified as Norita, punched and kicked him.<\/p>\n<p>When an officer went to the back of the fire station, he saw Norita, who appeared to be drunk and uncooperative, being held down by his brother.<\/p>\n<p>Police learned that the victim had just come from Johnny\u2019s Bar and Norita, who was also at the bar, followed him and beat him up.<\/p>\n<p>Norita\u2019s brother, who was on duty at the fire station at that time, came out and noticed the commotion.
