{"id":252597,"date":"2017-05-19T06:01:40","date_gmt":"2017-05-18T20:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=252597"},"modified":"2017-05-19T06:01:40","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T20:01:40","slug":"drilling-firm-sues-cuc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/drilling-firm-sues-cuc\/","title":{"rendered":"Drilling firm sues CUC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A private company is suing the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. for refusing to pay for the 1,000-foot geothermal exploratory assessment well drilled in Gualo Rai last year.<\/p>\n<p>CUC, relying upon funding assistance from the U. S.
