(Bea Cabrera)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Saipan International School\u2019s Class of 2017 is noteworthy because three students have been named to the top of the class: class valedictorian Emily Li Frink and class salutatorians Natalie Diane Hardt and Cerinn Hwang.<\/p>\n<p>The three honorees led the school\u2019s commencement ceremony for its high school students last Saturday, May 20, 2017, at the Royal Taga Hall of the Saipan World Resort. The 30 successful graduates were all present to march and receive their diplomas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/sis-tops-300x211.jpg\" alt=\"sis-tops\" width=\"300\" height=\"211\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-252712\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In his speech, SIS headmaster Ron Snyder said the members of the Class of 2017 \u201care special men and women who engaged and excelled in ambitious academic programs. Graduation from high school is the first step on a long road, it is ending your life as a child and the beginning of you life as an adult.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Frink, who also got advanced placement honors, will go to the University of Washington.
