The translated site offers information about ICE and the agency\u2019s mission, as well as press releases and special features.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe new ICE.gov\/es is our most recent step in increasing access to important and accurate information about ICE,\u201d said ICE public affairs assistant Liz Johnson<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOffering information in other languages helps ICE reach a broader audience, while also ensuring that the public can obtain information directly from ICE, and not from unofficial\u2014and possibly unscrupulous\u2014sources.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of the highlights of ICE.gov\/es is informing Spanish-speaking audiences about the important work ICE does, such as combating child exploitation, human trafficking and fighting transnational gangs.<\/p>\n<p>Coinciding with the expansion of ICE\u2019s website, ICE is also announcing the launch of @ICEespanol.
