The indictment charged Mark Tyquiengco with mail theft and theft of mail by postal service employee.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the NMI on Friday, Tyquiengco took a package from a post office box.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment also has a notice of criminal forfeiture.
