(Bea Cabrera)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Pining for the cuisine of Indonesia, Vietnam, or Singapore? <\/p>\n<p>The Costa Terrace of Aqua Resort Club Saipan now offers lunch buffets every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm that celebrates the taste and flavors of Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p>That makes it possible to enjoy dishes from the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore without stepping off the island.<\/p>\n<p>Aqua Resort Club executive chef Eduardo B. Olarte said their goal is ultimately customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe dishes that we serve were carefully selected. \u2026It helps us stay true to our theme every week. I also listen to our guests\u2019 suggestions. I value their opinion and rely on their tastes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Every country in Southeast Asia is well represented in the buffet, from appetizers to dessert: Pad Thai, chicken and beef sate with peanut sauce, Roti, Tom Yum Goong soup, Thit Khoo (Vietnamese caramelized pork), beef kaldereta (Philippine beef stew), Thai baked fish, Hainanaise chicken rice, taro custard with coconut flakes, maja blanca, to name a few.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll the dishes are cooked according to the practices and traditions of the country they are from to ensure that guests are getting authentic Southeast Asian food. Every dish is rich with aroma because of the herbs and spices we specifically picked.
