A lawyer is suing a tour agent for alleged trespass.<\/p>\n
Charles P. Reyes accused Crystal Star Corp. of repeatedly entering his property in Gualo Rai without his consent in 2015 to gain access to an adjacent land and unload a large shipping container of goods.<\/p>\n
Reyes is suing Crystal Star Corp. for trespass to land and conversion.<\/p>\n
Crystal Star operates as a \u201ctour agent\u201d engaged in the \u201cjungle tour and restaurant\u201d line of businesses. Chen Li is listed as president, treasurer, director, and shareholder. Chen Dingfa is listed as director and secretary.<\/p>\n
Reyes is demanding unspecified damages and an injunction to stop the corporation from further trespass. He also wants a jury trial.<\/p>\n
The lawyer said that on June 8, 2015, Crystal Star repeatedly entered his property without his consent to unload a container of goods on the adjacent lot.<\/p>\n
Reyes said Crystal Star hired a forklift and drove it through his property, damaging his lawn. He said the defendant also cut down his plants and left rocks debris on his property.<\/p>\n
He said he had at least four or five \u201cno trespassing\u201d and\/or \u201ckeep out\u201d signs.<\/p>\n
