Torres said yesterday that they are just honoring the wish of their parents before they passed away\u2014equal sharing of property for all their children, including Sen. Paul A. Manglona (Ind-Rota).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHave patti parehu\u2014no more, no less\u2014for all their children, including Paul, to have equal share. And we will prevail,\u201d Torres said.<\/p>\n<p>Torres and Thomas A. Manglona are siblings of Paul Manglona. Torres and Thomas Manglona are administrators of the estate of their mother, Bernadita Manglona.<\/p>\n<p>Sen. Manglona is suing Torres, Thomas Manglona, and his own mother\u2019s estate over a disputed 4,181-square-meter piece of land on Upper Capital Hill, Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>Torres said they didn\u2019t do any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<p>Torres reiterated her and Thomas Manglona\u2019s earlier statement that they are disappointed that their brother, Paul Manglona, has chosen to sue them over what they consider to be family property.<\/p>\n<p>Torres said that Paul Manglona\u2019s claims are meritless and that they have confidence in the judicial process.<\/p>\n<p>Torres said declined a more extensive statement in the case at the advice of their counsel, Samuel Mok.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Priscilla M.
