{"id":255572,"date":"2017-07-04T06:06:48","date_gmt":"2017-07-03T20:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=255572"},"modified":"2017-07-04T06:06:48","modified_gmt":"2017-07-03T20:06:48","slug":"amp-host-youth-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/amp-host-youth-program\/","title":{"rendered":"AMP to host youth program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The American Memorial Park and its non-profit partner, Pacific Historic Parks, invite Saipan youth ages 6-8 to participate in the \u201cSoldier Skills\u201d summer camp program. <\/p>\n<p>This will be the second year that participants will have the opportunity to learn about the mission of the park through fun activities during the three-day camp. Highlights include a guided tour of the museum and memorials, as well as orienteering with compasses and GPS (global positioning system) devices.<\/p>\n<p>The Soldier Skills summer camp will be held on July 11-13, from 9am to 12pm.<\/p>\n<p>To register your child, stop by the American Memorial Park Visitor Center and complete a registration form. Space for the camp is limited.
