The American Memorial Park and its non-profit partner, Pacific Historic Parks, invite Saipan youth ages 6-8 to participate in the \u201cSoldier Skills\u201d summer camp program. <\/p>\n
This will be the second year that participants will have the opportunity to learn about the mission of the park through fun activities during the three-day camp. Highlights include a guided tour of the museum and memorials, as well as orienteering with compasses and GPS (global positioning system) devices.<\/p>\n
The Soldier Skills summer camp will be held on July 11-13, from 9am to 12pm.<\/p>\n
To register your child, stop by the American Memorial Park Visitor Center and complete a registration form. Space for the camp is limited. Applications will be accepted at the park and youths will be enrolled on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n
