Ralph DLG Torres gave non-critical government employees an administrative leave following the Liberation Day festivities.<\/p>\n<p>In a memo yesterday, Torres said that non-critical government departments and agencies are granted an administrative leave for the full day of July 5, 2017, provided that \u201cessential public services are not disrupted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All government employees are urged to \u201cjoin the [Liberation Day] festivities,\u201d starting with tonight\u2019s annual Liberation Day parade as well as the annual Liberation Day festival at the Garapan Fishing Base.
