My name is Rose Mondala and I am writing to convey my utmost apology for the offense I have committed against the Commonwealth government and in particular against the people of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Island and the Office of Aging.<\/p>\n
Inasmuch as I would like to convey my deepest regret for my offense, I am not a lettered individual with the ability to express my sentiments with much eloquence, but I am deeply sorry for the trespasses I\u2019ve made against all the people of the Commonwealth, as well as the Office of Aging, and I pledge that I shall always remain a better person and shall correct any and all I\u2019ve made, as eloquently stated by our late President Kennedy, \u201cA mistake is not a mistake unless it fails to be corrected.\u201d<\/p>\n
