Monroyo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Division B champion Shirley\u2019s FC-1 aims for a fitting finish in the spring season of the M-League as it plays its last game against Sun Palace this Sunday at the Hopwood Middle School Field.<\/p>\n<p>Shirley\u2019s FC-1, which secured the division title last month, holds an 11-2-0 win-draw-loss record in the eight-squad field and will try to keep its undefeated mark when it duels Sun Palace in the 3:15pm game. Going into its final match this season, Shirley\u2019s FC-1 has collected 34 goals and has given up 8\u2014the least allowed so far in the entire competition.<\/p>\n<p>Sun Palace will also have its last game and will attempt to improve its 7-1-5 card for a chance to finish at No. 2 in the team standings. Sun Palace is ranked No. 3, going into the final week of the league, closely behind Kanoa, which owns a 7-2-4 mark and will face the Thundercats in its last match of the season. A 1-0 victory over Shirley\u2019s FC-2 last Sunday gave Sun Palace its seventh win and Qiwei Wang scored the lone goal in that match in the 25th minute.<\/p>\n<p>With the loss, Shirley\u2019s FC-2 remained at fourth place with its 6-4-3 mark, and is followed by Matansa (6-3-4), Korean Football Association on Saipan (3-2-8), Women\u2019s National Team (3-0-10), and the Thundercats (1-2-10).  The Women\u2019s National Team will have its last game versus Matansa at 3:15pm, while Shirley\u2019s FC-2 will collide against KFAS.<\/p>\n<p>The final four matches in Division B will determine the winner in the Golden Boot race, as there is a close race for the top honors among three players.<\/p>\n<p>Wang has 10 so far to lead KFAS\u2019 Edwin Kim and the former\u2019s teammate Feng Yu, who have eight apiece.
