Reyes.<\/p>\n<p>Fortune Pacific\u2019s proposed project has no fixed structures but needs only clearing of vegetation at the site, which is zoned as rural.<\/p>\n<p>The Commonwealth Zoning Board will hear Fortune Pacific\u2019s application for conditional use permit at a public hearing at 5pm today, Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>In its application, Fortune Pacific estimates the project to cost $50,000.<\/p>\n<p>Fortune Pacific Corp. has also applied for permits from the Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality and the Division of Fish and Wildlife.<\/p>\n<p>Fortune Pacific Corp. president Wang Lihang submitted the \u201cconditional use\u201d application before the Zoning Office.
