Gutierrez, the SHRM Guam Chapter\u2019s vice president of Legislative Affairs, will talk about the 2017 SHRM Employment Law &amp; Legislative Conference she recently attended in Washington, D.C.   <\/p>\n<p>Gutierrez is counsel at Calvo Fisher &amp; Jacob LLP where she practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, business planning, corporate governance, and re-gulatory compliance. Her practice includes counseling and defending employers in all aspects of employment law. She is also a member-at-large of the Guam Bar Association board. <\/p>\n<p>During our luncheon, she will discuss the highlights of recent U.S. Supreme Court cases and provide legislative, compliance and regulatory updates which impact the employer community.  <\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s SHRM lunch meeting will be from 11:30am to 1:30pm. It is open to the public. Gutierrez will provide an opportunity for questions.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation includes the PIC lunch buffet at the cost of $20 for SHRM members and $30 for non-members.
