{"id":258270,"date":"2017-08-17T06:06:34","date_gmt":"2017-08-16T20:06:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=258270"},"modified":"2017-08-17T06:06:34","modified_gmt":"2017-08-16T20:06:34","slug":"takecare-pays-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/takecare-pays-up\/","title":{"rendered":"TakeCare pays up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TAMUNING, Guam\u2014For the past several weeks, TakeCare has been working closely with the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. in regards to claims from fiscal years 2012 to 2017. <\/p>\n<p>As a measure of good faith to assist CHCC with their operations, TakeCare has provided a $1 million good faith payment to allow both organizations time to reconcile outstanding claims.<\/p>\n<p>Both organizations came to a mutual agreement that, while claims are being reconciled, there would be no disruption in services for TakeCare members. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to our continued relationship with CHCC as we work together to reconcile claims to ensure accuracy,\u201d the insurance company said in a statement yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>TakeCare\u2019s health plans have 30,000-plus members.
