It was learned that the victim, a 9-year-old girl, was outside her house when the suspect, described as a male wearing a white shirt, white hat, and Capri pants was holding a candy and calling the victim to his car. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect\u2019s car was parked about 25 feet southeast of the residence on the shoulder of the road next to a building, with his left rear door open. The victim became scared and ran back into the house, informing her mother who contacted the police. <\/p>\n<p>The victim described the suspect as light-skinned and had a bald head, with little white hair on his beard. The suspect had a silver wristwatch and his right hand was holding a blue candy box. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect\u2019s car was described as a gray Toyota Yaris with light tint. <\/p>\n<p>DPS and Crime Stoppers need your help.
