The group\u2019s work would focus on helping its people\u2019s wellbeing in the Northern Mariana Islands.<\/p>\n<p>Elected as officers are Ambrosio Ogumuro, president; Juan Tenorio, vice president; Emy Palican, secretary; and Cecilia Taitano, treasurer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is the collective improvement in the wellbeing of our people through unity,\u201d Ogumuro said. \u201cA lot of our efforts would [be] in training and skills acquisition and education as it relates to career development\u201d, he added. \u201cIt\u2019s the total development of the wellbeing of our people that matters, facing new challenges in the 21st century.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> \u201cWe\u2019re thankful to the pillars of our community who joined us last week, emphasizing the strength of unity for the benefit of one and all\u201d, Ogumuro said. \u201cI am also most humbled by the confidence entrusted in my providing leadership for our newly revived organization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have confidence in our newly organized leadership to make a difference.\u201d <strong>(PR)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Carolinian community has revived its organization, electing a new set of officers.
