(Jon Perez)

Fight fans will again be treated to an expected explosive match when Tribes Bar at Century Hotel this Sunday, Aug. 27, hosts the Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Conor McGregor mega bout at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.

Doors open at 9am with the pay-per-view event, dubbed “The Money Fight,” beginning to receive the live feed at the same time. Tickets are $40 each and can be bought in advance or at the day of the event itself.

Tribes and Century Hotel operations supervisor Carlos Rivera is inviting all fight fans, whether boxing or mixed martial arts, to buy tickets since they only reserved 50 seats for the super welterweight match.

“We already sold 30 of the 50 tickets, but we can add more depending on the crowd. That’s why the sooner you buy the ticket, the better chance to reserve the best seats. This event is for all boxing and MMA fight fans,” said Rivera.

Included in the PPV event are pre- and post-fight analyses, a number of undercard bouts, and the post-fight press conference.

He added that the most anticipated match between two flamboyant fighters is a historic event. “This is a major event in combat sports history. If you miss out on this, it won’t happen again. People can’t produce anything like this ever again.”

Rivera is predicting Mayweather winning in the seventh round with McGregor’s corner throwing in the towel. “Mayweather could pull through and I’m not a big fan of McGregor. Boxing and MMA analysts believe Mayweather will win. He’s undefeated record is also on the line.”

“Nobody in boxing is giving McGregor the chance of beating Mayweather. Only his loyal fans are predicting a McGregor victory. However, anything can still happen since he’s facing an unpredictable opponent.”

Tribes Bar is also teaming up with Marianas Pacific Distributors Inc.—Budweiser, Bud Light, Grey Goose, and Bacardi—for the event. Bud gears and other prizes like bar tabs will be raffled off the entire show.

Rivera said he $40 entrance fee is a fair price since they are charging $12 below the original PPV cost. “You will get direct viewing of the fight like a VIP admission.”

He added that Tribes Bar will regularly host big fights—MMA or boxing—aside from the Super Bowl, which they have done in the last four years. “Our customers could count on having a good time since there’s always a party atmosphere here.”

[5
4298,2325,18065,10176
post-258865","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sports","tag-floyd-mayweather-jr","tag-mma","tag-ppv","tag-tribes-bar
["GET
