Quitugua, who fell from the third floor of a three-story building across the Tanapag Middle School last Friday afternoon. <\/p>\n<p>A source disclosed yesterday that Department of Public Safety detectives did not request for an autopsy because they have determined her fall to be an accident.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators, however, are still looking at the possibility of neglect on the part of a person, the source said.<\/p>\n<p>The source opted to withhold for the moment the information that led to the findings that her fall was an accident.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Prosecutor Michele Harris confirmed with Saipan Tribune last night that police investigation indeed concluded that there was no reason to request for an autopsy.<\/p>\n<p>Harris said that Quitugua\u2019s family was informed late yesterday that the body will be released.<\/p>\n<p>Quitugua was a tenant of the D. Sebastian Building, where she lived on the third floor. Saipan Tribune learned that she lived in the unit with her son and his wife.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Quitugua\u2019s body was found on the ground of the building with no pulse and not breathing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Police investigators have ruled as accidental the death of 62-year-old Alicia I.
