{"id":259929,"date":"2017-09-11T06:00:28","date_gmt":"2017-09-10T20:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=259929"},"modified":"2017-09-11T06:00:28","modified_gmt":"2017-09-10T20:00:28","slug":"oag-reviewing-sanctions-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/oag-reviewing-sanctions-order\/","title":{"rendered":"OAG reviewing sanctions order"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of the Attorney General is presently reviewing the sanctions order as to assistant attorney general Betsy Weintraub issued by the Superior Court in Commonwealth v. Murphy, Criminal Case 16-0160. <\/p>\n<p>In a statement on Friday, it said that Attorney General Edward Manibusan acknowledges that the Commonwealth Constitution, like the U.S. Constitution, assigns certain responsibilities to each branch of government.
