As of 1pm yesterday, Talim\u2019s center was 395 miles west-northwest of Guam, 405 miles west-northwest of Rota, 410 miles west-northwest of Tinian, and 415 miles west of Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>Talim is forecast to slowly intensify over the next few days, heading toward Taiwan.<\/p>\n<p>The CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management cancelled a small craft advisory yesterday after wind gusts decreased below 25 knots. <\/p>\n<p>Acting governor Victor B.
