beaches are clean<br \/>\ngot a raise, taxes paid, BBQ at home, sipping a beer<br \/>\none kid won a soccer match, one listed by the dean<br \/>\nkumpaire gave us all tee shirts that say NO FEAR<br \/>\ntourists keep coming despite North Korean loud mouth<br \/>\nthe CNMI Congress is now a unicameral legislature<br \/>\nNorth Korea allows family members visits from the South<br \/>\nDoubting Thomas skeptics say all fake news for sure<br \/>\nthat\u2019s it for Fake News Friday you know what I mean<br \/>\nthere\u2019s more on the horizon that remains to be seen<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>TGIF FAKE NEWS DAY, Sonnet No. 2<\/strong><br \/>\nwell it\u2019s that time again for the so called \u201clying media\u201d<br \/>\nto fill readers with believable untruths for another day<br \/>\nfrom Putin\u2019s press and some North Korean encyclopedia<br \/>\nfor a slow news weekend while outdoors we all play<br \/>\nin Washington D.C. our capitol around the tidal basin<br \/>\nthere\u2019s a bathtub rubber duck floating demonstration<br \/>\nwith little floating rubber frogs they are all chasing<br \/>\na bipartisan Congress gives out the same explanation<br \/>\nmore fake news is broadcast but fun to think it is true<br \/>\nscientists say we are winning a war on global warming<br \/>\ndecreasing our carbon footprint less air pollution too<br \/>\nevidence that glaciers in polar places have new ice forming<br \/>\nmore shrimp in the Gulf, more tuna in the Pacific ocean<br \/>\ncause cheers and jeers around Fake News Friday commotion<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<strong>TGIF FAKE NEWS DAY, Sonnet No. 3<\/strong><br \/>\nI can\u2019t wait to wake up this Saturday morning to find<br \/>\nI won a million dollar lottery and the office football pool<br \/>\nyes reality and gold have struck, I haven\u2019t lost my mind<br \/>\ntv says we\u2019re building an Olympic size swimming pool<br \/>\nthe roads and leaky water system have all been repaired<br \/>\ntyphoon proof power poles installed on every island<br \/>\ndaily complainers and FB trolls are no longer \u2018Shared\u2019<br \/>\neveryone who has lost money gambling is now smilin<br \/>\ndogs and hogs no longer leave duty drops on beaches<br \/>\nreef fish are in abundance there is no dynamite in use<br \/>\nwatermelons are sweeter lemons grow big as peaches<br \/>\npeople learn FAKE NEWS DAY, Sonnet No. 4<\/strong><br \/>\nanother Fake News Friday and there are lots of reports<br \/>\nGarapan will have a six story garage for parking spaces<br \/>\nall beer manufacturers will sell only six packs of quarts<br \/>\nwith a 20% discount for those who buy only by cases<br \/>\nan overhead monorail will run from the north to south<br \/>\nfree college tuition in the US and here will be the rule<br \/>\npoliticians will learn how and when to close their mouth<br \/>\nhand held PCs will be available for students at school<br \/>\npersonal taxes have doubled and so have hourly wages<br \/>\nlabor problems solved legal workers here for construction<br \/>\nbuilding projects progress as planned in reasonable stages<br \/>\nabandoned cars and buildings will meet with destruction<br \/>\nwell that completes this Fake News Friday sonnet quartet<br \/>\nthere\u2019ll be no more, that\u2019s a big lie too, on that you can
