Barcinas stated in the information that Diaz unlawfully took the money from OPA\u2019s petty cash on Aug. 8, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>No other details were provided in the information.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Tribune learned that Diaz, 52, used to work as an administrative assistant with OPA.
