(UNITED AIRLINES)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>GUAM<\/strong>\u2014United Airlines launched daily flights between Guam and Rota on Nov. 1, 2013, with the 3:10pm arrival of UA5039 at A.B. Won Pat International Airport, Guam. Cape Air operates the United Express flights on this route using a 46-seat regional jet aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>Customers arriving from Rota were welcomed by representatives of the United Guam sales team, Pacific Asia Travel Association &#8211; Micronesia Chapter, and A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith these additional daily flights between Guam and Rota, United now offers customers more convenient access between the islands,\u201d said Sam Shinohara, United\u2019s managing director for Business Development, Asia\/Pacific. \u201cWe are excited and confident that the launch of this new route will help promote Guam and the Marianas as popular destinations for business or leisure travel in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>United Airlines and United Express operate an average of more than 5,300 flights a day to more than 360 airports across six continents.
