Monroyo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kanoa Football Club-2 and Shirley\u2019s prevailed in the final set of elimination round games in the 2017 Dove Women\u2019s Fall League last Wednesday at the TSL Sports Complex.<\/p>\n<p>Kanoa-2 edged out Paire FC, 8-6, to top Division A. Irish Pagarao scored four goals, while Britanny Wally, Gillian Villlagomez, Krizel Tuazon, and Janelle Chognaki added one goal apiece for Kanoa-2, which finished the regular season with a 7-1-0 win-draw-loss record.<\/p>\n<p>Paire, which settled for second place with its 6-1-1 mark, drew three goals from Guine Borja and one each from Jerlyn Castillo, Bernadette Horey, and Lyka Sally.<\/p>\n<p>In the other Division A game, Shirley\u2019s FC nipped the U16 Developmental Team, 2-1. Marielle Gariguez and Diana Maniacop knocked in the pair of goals for Shirley\u2019s, while Therize Millare handed the U16 team its lone goal in the match.<\/p>\n<p>Shirley\u2019s finished the regular season at fourth place with its 2-0-6 slate, while the U16 squad was ranked last after holding a 1-0-7 mark. Kanoa-1 completed the team standings and had a third-best 3-0-5 card. <\/p>\n<p>Kanoa 1 and 2, Shirley\u2019s and Paire advanced to the playoffs, which will begin next week. Kanoa-2 will take on Shirley\u2019s in the first semis match on Nov. 15, while Paire will face Kanoa-1 in the second game.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, MY Pros downed Kanoa, 3-1, in the lone Division B game last Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Natalie Hill posted two goals for MY Pros, while Samantha Babauta scored the other one.  Kanoa made it to the board off an own goal.
