The contract for construction improvements at the American Memorial Park\u2019s tennis court restroom facility has been awarded and the work will begin immediately.<\/p>\n
The park expects construction work will not last more than five months.\u00a0<\/p>\n
During this time, the tennis courts will remain open for public use.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Improvements to the restroom facility include renovating the fixtures, retiling the restrooms, as well as improving accessibility to the building.<\/p>\n
During the work, the construction area will be closed to the public. For safety reasons the public is advised to stay clear of the area.<\/p>\n
The National Park Service regrets the short notice for tennis court restroom closure but hopes completion of building renovations will be enjoyed by all in the future.<\/p>\n
