Probable cause has been found for all charges to move forward against Peter Fritz Lizama, a 22-year-old man who allegedly sexually abused a 15-year-old girl who was earlier reported missing in Koblerville. <\/p>\n
At a preliminary hearing yesterday, Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N. Camacho found probable cause to believe that two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and one count of providing an alcohol to a minor may have been committed and that Lizama may have committed these offenses.<\/p>\n
Lizama was directed to respond to the charges.<\/p>\n
At the hearing, assistant attorney general Teri C. Tenorio called to the witness stand police detective John Hofschneider, who is the case agent.<\/p>\n
Vincent Seman served as Lizama\u2019s court-appointed counsel.<\/p>\n
According to Tenorio, Lizama had sex with the girl last Nov. 8 and 9, and served her alcohol last Nov. 8.<\/p>\n
Arraignment will be on Nov. 27 at 9am.<\/p>\n
After the hearing, Lizama was remanded into the custody of the Department of Corrections. He has been in detention after failing to post a $50,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n
The girl was reported missing last Nov. 9 at night, but was recovered by police the following day. Police learned that she did not return home from the day before, Nov. 8. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
