Jason Tarkong said police spotted suspect Hitler Sem Weilbacher driving the stolen 2014 Toyota 4 Runner on Middle Road, or Chalan Pale Arnold Road.<\/p>\n<p>Police pulled over the vehicle, which was heading south across Highway Express.<\/p>\n<p>Tarkong said investigation showed that a 39-year-old male and a 39-year-old female, both Chinese, had parked their Toyota 4 Runner in the parking lot of a store on Capital Hill during lunch hour.<\/p>\n<p>The two left their vehicle running as they walked into the store. When the two came out, the car was already gone.<\/p>\n<p>Police reviewed the surveillance video at the store and identified the suspect as Weilbacher. <\/p>\n<p>Someone was able to take a video of Weilbacher\u2019s arrest.
