Kennedy on Monday, the parties did not reach a settlement.<\/p>\n<p>Both sides were instructed to email the court between 9am and 12pm today, Friday, about any settlement proposal.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a telephone conference on Monday, Nov. 27, at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>At Monday\u2019s settlement conference, attorney Samuel Mok appeared with plaintiff Eric F. Dona and 12 other co-plaintiffs.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney Daniel Guidotti appeared as counsel for Tinian Dynasty owners Hong Kong Entertainment (Overseas) Investment Ltd. and Mega Stars Overseas Limited. Also present was HKE chair Chun Wai Chan.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V.
