Jason Tarkong said that Lee Ray Fitial went back home in Kagman 2 at 9:38am.<\/p>\n<p>Police responded to Chacha Street in Kagman 2 yesterday at 6:11am and met with Fitial\u2019s parents, who reported that the boy was last seen on Wednesday, Nov. 22, right before lunchtime.<\/p>\n<p>DPS then issued an Amber Alert, a child abduction alert system. The alert was later cancelled when Fitial showed up at home.<\/p>\n<p>Police learned that Fitial spent the last few days at his friends and other family member\u2019s residence. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation is ongoing,\u201d Tarkong said. <\/p>\n<p>This is the second time that an Amber Alert was issued, only for the missing child to turn up later. In the first instance, Nov. 10, a 15-year-old girl was reported missing by her mother. She was later found walking home.
