Crime Stoppers is seeking the public\u2019s help for a robbery incident that occurred in Batto Place, San Antonio. <\/p>\n
On Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, at about 10:42pm, police met with the victim, a 28-year-old Asian male. The victim was driving his car east on Batto Place, when three local men walked in front of his car, forcing the victim to stop the car. The first suspect jumped into the victim\u2019s back seat and strangled the victim from behind, restraining the victim against the driver\u2019s seat. The second suspect opened the driver\u2019s door and grabbed the victim\u2019s cell phone and wallet that were in a cup holder. The second suspect took money from the wallet and the cell phone while a third suspect stood by the car watching the crime occur.<\/p>\n
All three suspects ran east toward a barracks area, disappearing into the dark. The victim was unable to describe the three suspects due to poor visibility. <\/p>\n
The items stolen included $160 cash, an iPhone 6 cell phone, and the victim\u2019s CNMI driver\u2019s license. The victim refused medical treatment.<\/p>\n
