Korea crisis in \u2018dangerous new phase\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_265563\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-265563\" style=\"width: 648px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Gregorio-Kilili-C.-Sablan-serious.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"648\" height=\"700\" class=\"size-full wp-image-265563\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-265563\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sablan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>With North Korea recently firing a new type of ballistic missile into the waters off Japan, both the CNMI governor and CNMI delegate assured that there is no reason for alarm, despite the crisis being referred to as entering a \u201cdangerous new phase.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Both Gov. Ralph DLG Torres and Delegate Gregorio Kilili C.
