Govendo sentenced Ivan Jones Castro to five years for two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance. He also sentenced Jeffrey T. Deleon Guerrero to a five-year prison term for illegal possession of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>Castro, 40, and Deleon Guerrero, 42, would serve their sentences without the possibility of parole. They were given credit for time served. Each were ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p>The court issued a verdict last Oct. 11 adjudging Castro guilty of two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance in two cases.
