The United Filipino Organization will be hosting its annual Paskong Pinoy (Filipino Christmas) festival on Sunday and is inviting community members to stop by and join in the festivities. <\/p>\n
According to UFO president Marlon Regaton, the festivities will start at 10am and will end at 9pm. The event will be held at the Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe. <\/p>\n
Regaton said the festivities will kick off with a live band performance in the morning and the opening program will start at 1pm. <\/p>\n
After the opening program, performances from participating school choral groups will follow. <\/p>\n
There will also be performances from individual performers and dance groups, like the SMADS and Studio 29-11, during the festivities. <\/p>\n
The Batang Pinoy Choir will also perform medleys throughout the day and throughout the night. <\/p>\n
Evening entertainment includes the “Kwarta sa Kahon” game of fortune segment, a gift giving activity for the first 100 children, an on-the-spot drawing contest for the children, and various games for the adults. <\/p>\n
There will also be numerous food and non-food vendors present during the event. <\/p>\n
