{"id":267245,"date":"2017-12-29T06:00:52","date_gmt":"2017-12-28T20:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=267245"},"modified":"2017-12-29T06:00:52","modified_gmt":"2017-12-28T20:00:52","slug":"man-shot-wife-faces-4-charges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/man-shot-wife-faces-4-charges\/","title":{"rendered":"Man who shot wife faces 4 charges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Probable case has been established in the case of a man who shot his wife in their home in Kagman last Dec. 16.<\/p>\n<p>During a\u00a0preliminary hearing before Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph Camacho last Wednesday,\u00a0Norbert Blas Camacho was charged with\u00a0attempted first-degree murder (domestic violence), aggravated assault and battery (domestic violence), assault with a dangerous weapon (domestic violence), and disturbing the peace (domestic violence).<\/p>\n<p>After the court heard testimonies presented by the government\u2019s witnesses and based on matters cited at the hearing, probable cause was established.<\/p>\n<p>Arraignment is set on\u00a0Jan. 8, 2018, at 9am\u00a0before Superior Court Presiding Judge Roberto C.
