(Contributed Photo)\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) Ltd. stays invested in its employees by having them undergo a Table Games Dual Rate Training Program, highlighting the company\u2019s commitment to the growth and career development of its employees.<\/p>\n<p>Imperial Pacific\u2014the largest private sector employer in the region\u2014has invested in training and development of its employees, both the local workforce and nonresident workers. During last week\u2019s graduation ceremony for the table games training program, the company not only highlighted its dealers who have successfully hurdled the training but also recognized the efforts of the second batch of dealers who have successfully completed the Job-Specific Mandarin for Dealer training.<\/p>\n<p>The Dual Rate Training Program is a fast-tracked approach to prepare dealers for future supervisory positions and for their career development. <\/p>\n<p>The Job-Specific Mandarin Program, on the other hand, is a joint effort between the table games department and the learning and development team. This was established to hone and develop skills and confidence of dealers for the effective execution of their duties.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of both programs is to further elevate the standard of Imperial Pacific\u2019s guest services toward providing world-class leisure and entertainment services.
