Ralph DLG Torres has granted an administrative leave for all CNMI government employees tomorrow, Jan. 2, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In a memorandum dated Jan. 1, 2018, Torres said he is granting the administrative leave for Jan. 2, 2018, to all non-critical employees of the Commonwealth&#8217;s departments and agencies in celebration of the new year and to recognize the hard work and accomplishments everyone made in the last year.<\/p>\n<p>That means all emergency personnel such as employees at the hospital, police, and fire department will still report for work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis new year brings us much to be hopeful for. We must continue to commit ourselves to the betterment of our islands and work to see greater levels of progress in the year to come. Together, I know we can make this year one of great accomplishments. Thank you for all of your hard work and happy new year,\u201d said Torres.
