{"id":267593,"date":"2018-01-08T06:06:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-07T20:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=267593"},"modified":"2018-01-08T06:06:00","modified_gmt":"2018-01-07T20:06:00","slug":"scheduled-power-outage-wed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/scheduled-power-outage-wed\/","title":{"rendered":"Scheduled power outage on Wed."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There will be a scheduled power interruption on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, from 9am to 12pm. <\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the power interruption is to de-energize the primary lines to allow the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. line crew to safely replace a rotted primary power pole along isa Drive in As Teo. <\/p>\n<p>This is part of an ongoing maintenance program to strengthen and harden the integrity of the power distribution system throughout the island. <\/p>\n<p>Areas to be affected include Isa Drive, from the Kagman Mobil gas station to intersection of Chalan Santa Lourdes.<\/p>\n<p>No water well, no traffic light, nor wastewater lift station will be affected.<\/p>\n<p>Because of the scale of work that will be performed, CUC asks travelers to take alternate routes or to exercise caution when driving through the affected areas. <\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact the CUC Customer Call Center (664-4282) or monitor its Facebook page for the latest updates.
