Offered by Rep. Alice S. Igitol (R-Saipan) and House vice speaker Janet U. Maratita (R-Saipan), this bill becomes Saipan Local Law 20-17.<\/p>\n<p>-House Local Bill 20-46, which appropriates $2,214,000 from the Exclusive Gaming Annual License Fees allotted to the Third Senatorial District (Saipan) under 4 CMC \u00a7 2307(c)(2). Offered by Reps.es Francisco C. Aguon (R-Saipan), Donald C. Barcinas (R-Saipan), Ivan A. Blanco (R-Saipan), Francisco S. Dela Cruz (R-Saipan), Lorenzo I. Deleon Guerrero (R-Saipan), Alice S. Igitol, and Jose I. Itibus (R-Saipan), this bill becomes Saipan Local Law 20-18.
